Before you book your cake designer or baker there are essential questions you need to ask. Is the cake provided by the venue or do you need to purchase your own? What are Fondants? What is included in the wedding cake package? Who delivers and sets up the cake on your wedding day?
Furthermore, beware of ordering your cake from an unlicensed baker or someone new to the business. Finally, be cautious of a baker who has diversified to capture more of the wedding market such as flowers, balloons, etc. because they may not focus their full attention on your wedding day.
